Reversal of QCVN on formaldehyde limits in textile products
This is the internal policy in Circular 07/2018 / TT-BCT amending Circular 21/2017 / TT-BCT on national technical standards on the limits of formaldehydes and aromatic amines transformed from azo dyes in textile products.
Specifically, Circular 21/2017 / TT-BCT will take effect from 01/01/2019.
(Previously, on October 23, 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular 21 effective from 1 May 2018).
