This compendium of intermodal freight transport & logistics best practices has been selected and published by the European Intermodal Association, which is the ‘voice’ of intermodal transport. Sources: PROMIT ‘promoting innovative intermodal freight transport’; BESTLOG ‘logistic best practices’, VIACOMBI ‘the gateway for transport intermodality’, all three  projects funded by the European Commission, in addition to a number of specifi cally labelled EIA ‘Intermodal Award’ winners.
