List of drugs and pre-substances applied from May 15, 2018
On May 15, 2018, the Government issued Decree 73/2018 / ND-CP stipulating lists of drugs and precursors.
Accordingly, 04 lists of narcotics and precursors are given below:
- List I: Drug substances are strictly prohibited to be used in medicine and social life; the use of these substances in the analysis, testing, scientific research and criminal investigation according to special regulations of competent agencies.
- List II: Drug substances are restricted to analysis, testing, scientific research, criminal investigations or in the health sector according to the regulations of competent agencies.
- List III: Drug substances used in analysis, testing, scientific research, criminal investigation or in the field of health and veterinary services according to regulations of competent agencies.
- List IV: Precursors.
Decree 73/2018 / ND-CP takes effect from the date of signing (Particularly, two precursors of N-Phenethyl-4-piperidinone (NPP) and 4-ANPP, business organizations and individuals apply from July 1 / 2018).
