Change the dossier of the first certificate of origin of goods
This is the outstanding content of Decree 31/2018 / ND-CP detailing the Law on Foreign Trade Management on goods origin.
Accordingly, the application file for the first Certificate of Origin (C / O) or for new products for the first time or for non-fixed products is specified in Clause 1, Article 15 of Decree 31.
- Application of new regulations adds the following documents:
+ The declaration of details of exported goods meeting the preferential origin criteria or non-preferential origin criteria according to the form;
+ The declaration of origin of the producer or supplier of locally produced raw materials according to the form;
+ A copy of the goods production process (stamped with the duplicator's original copy);
- Besides, keep the same documents and records as previously prescribed, such as:
+ Application for C / O (replaced by Form No. 04 issued together with Decree 31);
+ The corresponding C / O form has been fully declared; ...
Decree 31/2018 / ND-CP takes effect from March 8, 2018, replacing Decree 19/2006 / ND-CP and guiding circulars of this Decree.
