The Law on Value Added Tax, the Special Consumption Tax Law and the amended Tax Administration Law 2016 was issued on April 6, 2016, accordingly revising the Law on Value Added Tax No. 13/2008 / QH12, Law on Special Consumption Tax No. 27/2008 / QH12 and Law on Tax Administration 78/2006 / QH11.
